How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Delivery to the United States usually takes 7–15 business days after shipping. You'll receive a tracking number by email.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take 2–5 days to show updates.

How do the acne patches work?

Each patch combines hydrocolloid, which absorbs fluid and impurities, with ultra-fine microneedles that target the blemish directly. Apply to clean, dry skin and leave on for several hours or overnight.

Do the microneedles hurt?

No. The microneedles are extremely fine and most people feel nothing at all.

Can I wear the patches under makeup?

Yes. At just 0.2mm thick, they are nearly invisible and can be worn under makeup.

Are they suitable for sensitive skin?

They are designed for all skin types. If you have very sensitive skin or a skin condition, do a patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I return my order?

Yes — see our Refund Policy. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, and damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free of charge.
